I had to return an item, and while support did get back to me, the whole refund process took longer than I think is fair. I kept having to check in and wait around, which made it more stressful than it needed to be. I did get my money back in the end, so I’ll give credit for that, but the overall experience was a hassle and could definitely be handled better...

The packaging was, you know, okay overall. The box had a slight dent when it arrived, but everything inside seemed fine.

I ordered from Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals and, to be fair, the delivery was fine. It showed up without any drama and nothing seemed sketchy with the shipping, so part of me wants to say it was all okay. But then again, once I actually looked at the product, I started second-guessing it.

The packaging just didn’t look quite like what I’ve had before. The label print seemed a little off and not as clean, which made me wonder if it was a different batch or maybe just updated packaging. I don’t want to overreact because brands do change stuff sometimes, but it still gave me a weird feeling.

I reached out to support and they did reply, so I can’t say they ignored me or anything. But the answer felt generic and didn’t really reassure me that the product was authentic. I’m not saying it was definitely fake, because I don’t know, but I also don’t feel confident enough to order it again.

I ordered from hitechpharma.com, and the serving size info on the bottle was really easy to understand. I liked that I didn’t have to sit there guessing how many caps to take, and it matched what was listed online too.

The only thing I noticed is that some products can be quite a few pills per day. It’s not a big deal at all, but I’d definitely check that before buying so you know what you’re getting into.

I thought the flavor was alright overall, but it came off a little too sweet for my taste. Not terrible or anything. Actually, wow, it got kind of overpowering halfway through. I’d probably try something else next time.

Overall, not a bad experience, but it could definitely be easier for anyone who just wants to edit or stop a subscription without digging around.

I like the labels, honestly. They’re clear enough for me, and I don’t have to squint or guess what I’m looking at

As someone who likes to actually read ingredient labels before taking anything, I thought this was just okay. Some of the ingredients seem decent, but a couple of the blends feel a little vague, which makes me hesitate. It worked fine for me overall, I just wish the labeling was more straightforward.
